BatchTie

For bookkeepers with trades clients

Find the broken sync before month-end does.

BatchTie checks every ServiceTitan, Jobber and Housecall Pro export against QuickBooks Online and the bank, then tells you which batch broke, which record, and why.

  • Early access
  • No card required
  • Built for read-only access to client files

The sync says “exported”. Your books say otherwise.

Silent drops

Unmapped fields vanish on the way in, and the invoice still posts looking complete.

Deposits that don’t tie

Card fees, refunds and batch dates leave deposits that never match the bank.

Undeposited Funds pile-up

Payments arrive before invoices, or unmatched, and sit for weeks.

You find out at reconciliation, three weeks and 300 invoices later.

Three steps from export to clean books

  1. Connect

Link the client’s field-service app, QuickBooks Online company and bank feed. BatchTie only reads; it never posts entries.

  2. Check every export

After each batch export, BatchTie ties out totals, invoices, payments and deposits across all three.

  3. Fix from one list

Get an exception list per batch, with the record, the likely cause and the step to fix it in QuickBooks.

Built for the way trades books break

Each check targets a failure bookkeepers already hunt for by hand.

Batch tie-out

Every export checked within minutes, not at month-end.

Deposit matcher

Matches gross payouts to net bank deposits, allowing for card fees, refunds and settlement lag.

Silent-drop detector

Flags invoices whose items, tax class or job reference were lost on the way into QuickBooks.

Duplicate finder

Catches near-duplicate customers and service locations that split receivables.

Sync heartbeat

Alerts you when a connection stops exporting, before a backlog builds.

Firm dashboard

Every client file’s status on one screen, plus a monthly clean-books report to send the client.

Questions bookkeepers ask

Is BatchTie available now?

Not yet. We’re building it now, and founding members get access first, at the founding price.

Will it change my QuickBooks data?

No. BatchTie is designed to read only. It shows you what’s wrong; you make fixes in QuickBooks the way you do today.

Which field-service apps will it support?

ServiceTitan first, then Jobber and Housecall Pro. Tell us what your clients use in the sign-up form.

What about QuickBooks Desktop or Xero?

QuickBooks Online only at launch. Vote for Desktop or Xero in the form.

How is this different from the sync’s own error log?

The error log lists records the sync rejected. BatchTie also checks records that synced but arrived wrong, and checks deposits against the bank.

Who can see my clients’ data?

You choose which client files to connect, and you can disconnect any time. We’ll publish our security practices before launch, and we never sell data.

What counts as a client file?

One QuickBooks Online company connected to one field-service account.

Can my client pay instead of me?

Yes. Billing can go to your firm or straight to the client.

Close the month without the hunt.
